I bring a mix of communication, and people skills to any group I’m part of. I’m a strong communicator in both written and oral settings, and I’m comfortable helping others to allow the whole group to be on the same page.I tend to be the person who listens to what each group member has to say to bring leadership skills to come to a full agreement. I work very well with people and enjoy working in a team setting. I’m supportive and will always try to make sure everyone feels heard and respected in group settings. While I can step into leadership roles when needed, I’m also comfortable contributing behind the scenes and focusing on the process rather than the spotlight. I am always one to look towards the end goal and in the moment, I enjoy seeing team success. I like breaking larger tasks into manageable steps split between members. I believe keeping projects moving forward in a practical and organized way is beneficial to team success. Overall I see myself as a team player willing to step into any role. I like to call this the glue guy mentality.
