Course Description:

This course provides a general introduction to the United States
Constitution. Concepts covered during the course include the nature and sources of the U.S. Supreme Court’s authority and both the framework of and preconditions for federal judicial
review. Additionally, the development and use of the Commerce Clause, constitutional
limitations on state regulation of commerce, federal preemption of state authority; a brief
overview of the separation of power within the federal government; and an introduction to the
constitutional protections of individual rights with a focus predominantly on the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th
and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution, will also be covered.

Student Description:

This course goes over famous supreme court cases. This course helps you identify what is constitutional and what is unconstitutional. In this course you learn primary the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 14th amendment. This course is helpful to understand the basics of the United States constitution.
